Established in Hong Kong in year 2002.

Acquired 50% Asia Sun enterprises Ltd in year 2003. Asia Sun was a Plastic tooling and molding company established in year 1987.

Set up A&R technologies (Shenzhen) Ltd in year 2004, involved in electro-mechanical assembly , Plastic tooling, Injection molding.

Set up R&D center (Shenzhen) in year 2004,  involved in electronic products design.

Expanded and moved to new 40,000 sq ft facility in year 2005.

Expanded our electronic assembly capability and SMT equipments in 2007.
